Kristin Cabot, the woman seen cuddling with former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron during a Coldplay concert, has now filed for divorce.

Cabot filed the petition in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on August 13, according to court documents obtained by NBC News.

This comes one month after Cabot, who also worked for Astronomer, stepped down from her role as the company’s head of human resources.

“I can confirm that Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer,” a rep told NBC in July. “She has resigned.”

Just days prior, Byron also handed in his resignation as CEO of the AI company.

“Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted,” the company wrote in a statement. “The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO.”

Cabot and Byron found themselves at the center of controversy when a viral video caught the duo hugged up during a Coldplay concert in Boston.

When the pair ended up on the kiss cam, they were both visibly mortified as they awkwardly broke away from each other and tried to hide from the camera.

The moment quickly circulated online after Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin joked that the two were “either having an affair or just very shy.” In another clip, Martin adds, “I hope we didn’t do something bad.”

Meanwhile, the former CEO’s wife Megan, removed the name “Byron” from her social media, but there has been no news of a divorce between the two.

Neither Byron or Cabot have spoken publicly about the fiasco, but last month Chris Martin defended the band’s use of the jumbotron at their shows after receiving backlash.

“This is called a Jumbotron,” he explained at Coldplay’s Aug. 19 concert. “We’ve done this for a long, long time. We pick people out to say hello. Sometimes they turn out to be an internationally, massive scandal, sure. But most of the time, we’re just trying to say hello to some f–king people, that’s all.”

Martin then seemingly addressed the saga saying, “If you’re not prepared to be on international news, please duck.”
