Diane Keaton’s death certificate confirms the Oscar winner died of pneumonia Saturday and has since been cremated.

Primary bacterial pneumonia, which afflicted the 79-year-old actress for days, was listed as the immediate cause of death, according to the certificate obtained by People on Thursday. No other significant contributing factors were listed.

The “Annie Hall” and “Something’s Gotta Give” star — who’s survived by adopted daughter Dexter, 29, and son Duke, 25 — was cremated Tuesday, according to the document.

Keaton’s family first revealed in a statement Wednesday that she died from pneumonia.

“The Keaton family are very grateful for the extraordinary messages of love and support they have received these past few days on behalf of their beloved Diane,” read the statement sent to People.

A source previously told the outlet that her health “declined very suddenly,” while others like Grammy-winning songwriter Carole Bayer Sager, who last saw the Keaton weeks ago, said she was “stunned by how much weight she’d lost” in her final days.
