Khloe Kardashian is scared of ghosts.

The 41-year-old reality star - who has True, seven, and Tatum, three, with ex-partner Tristan Thompson - has admitted to sleeping with the light on after suffering a terrifying experience years ago.

During the latest episode of her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, she recalled: "I was sleeping -- it was at that rental house that I still had in the Oaks --and there was a hallway from True's room to my room. It was a little narrow hallway, it was [made of] wood, so I could hear footsteps.

"True was still in a crib, and she never got out of her crib, so I heard someone walking down [the hallway], and I was like, 'True?' and then I looked at the monitor, and she was still asleep, so I was like, that's weird.

"So I just laid back down -- it was the middle of the night --and I shut my eyes, and then I felt something do this."

Khloe then ran her hands through her hair, insisting she could feel "a small hand" on her head.

She continued: "[It] rubbed my head, and I remember closing my eyes, going, 'Please don't be there, please don't be there, please don't be there.' I opened my eyes, nothing was there, I was so freaked out.

"She rubbed my hair -- she did. It was the scariest thing. I've never slept with the light off ever since."

Meanwhile, Khloe previously revealed that her podcast is set to become "a little looser".

The reality star told People: "What I am definitely doing more of this season is more solo episodes. Those did really, really well, where people sort of submitted topics they wanted me to talk about.

"People also wanted it to be more conversational, and before, the experts mostly did the talking. So this time, a lot of my guests will be family members, or people in my inner circle -- people who are still really fascinating, but who are also comfortable engaging in a conversation with me.

"Or who aren't afraid to call me out on something! So it's going to be a little looser, and not so talk show-y, if that makes sense."
