Kim Cattrall marries 4th husband, longtime partner Russell Thomas

NEW YORK — Kim Cattrall has married her fourth husband, longtime partner Russell Thomas, in an intimate London ceremony, nearly a decade after they first crossed paths.
The “Sex and the City” star, 69, wore a Dior suit as she and the 55-year-old audio engineer said “I do” on Dec. 4 in the presence of a dozen guests at Chelsea Old Town Hall, People reports.
Patricia Field — the hit series’ costume designer, who has long worked with the five-time Emmy nominee — also styled her bridal suit.
It was the BBC, where former actor Thomas worked at the time, that first brought the newlyweds together in 2016, when Cattrall appeared on the program, “Woman’s Hour.”
“He’s had an incredibly interesting life and really done it on his terms. He’s a bit of a rebel, which I love,” Cattrall told British outlet, The Times, back in June. “We’ve been together for almost 10 years now. … And we’ve had a blast. We’ve just had so much fun.”
The couple got together not long before the “How I Met Your Father” star lost her brother Christopher to suicide in 2018.
“I keep saying I wish I hadn’t gone through all that. And then I thought to myself, well, if I hadn’t have gone through that, I wouldn’t have met Russ,” she told The Times. “So life has surprises and trade-offs. It was a bad time, but I learned a tremendous amount. And at the other end of it was this incredible, fun playmate.”
Cattrall and Thomas tied the knot over two decades after the end of her last marriage to Mark Levinson, which spanned 1998 to 2004.
The “Central Intelligence” actress first wed Larry Davis in 1977, a union that lasted to 1979. She was also married to Andre J. Lyson from 1982 to 1989.
