Will and Grace alum Corey Parker has died at the age of 60.
The star - who played Josh, one of Grace Adler's (Debra Messing's) boyfriends on the 1990s NBC sitcom - lost his battle with cancer on Thursday (05.03.26) in Memphis, Tennessee, his aunt Emily Parker told TMZ.
Tributes have poured in to Corey - whose type of cancer was not publicly shared - across social media platforms.
One X user penned: "Rest in peace, Corey Parker. A talented actor who brought so much joy on screen gone too soon. (sic)"
A second person typed on Facebook: "He was hilarious in How I Got Into College. Hidden gem movie of the 80s and underrated actor, RIP Corey."
And a fan on Instagram wrote: "This is so sad. Prayers to his family and friends."
Corey - born to late actress Rochelle "Rocky" Parker, who died in 2014, and her second husband, John Haas, in New York on July 8, 1965 - began his acting career aged four, appearing in TV commercials.
After his studies at the High School of Performing Arts in New York, he bagged his first major film role as Pete in Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning, in 1985.
In 1989, Corey married former actress-and-model Linda Kerridge, now 71, and they went on to welcome one child into the world. However, they divorced three years later.
Also in 1992, Corey starred opposite Tea Leoni, 60, in the Fox sitcom, Flying Blind. He played socially awkward Neil Barash, who dates free-spirited Alicia (Tea).
The show - which ran for one season - also starred the likes of Lisa Kudrow, 62, Andy Dick, 60, and the late Peter Boyle.
Corey then went on to star in five episodes of Will and Grace, in which he played Josh, one of Grace's lovers.
In 1995, Corey met his wife Angela on a TV shoot for Destiny, and they married within months of meeting.
He posted sweet photos of the pair over the years to Instagram on July 8, 2023 - their 28th wedding anniversary - with the caption: "28 years ago Angela and I met on a TV shoot called, Destiny.
"Four months later (28 years ago today) we took a limo from Malibu to Las Vegas, we got our Marriage License at 4.20 am and got married a few hours later at the Silver Bells Wedding Chapel.
"The wedding music was played on a small boombox. It has been an amazing journey to be together through thick and thin, becoming parents together and evolving into individuals who know we can be who we really are and still be together as a couple, as a pair, as friends.
"It's one day at a time, and in an ever changing world our love and our life together have been the foundation for my work and have filled my heart in ways I never knew was possible.
"It definitely takes work, pushes you past what you know, past comfort zones and offers growth and the ability to receive and give love with a depth I never could have imagined.
"Today we are spending the day together, no one knows me like Angela and I continue to work one day at a time to be the best version of me. Grateful for these twenty eight years. (sic)"
In later years, Corey became an acting coach for CMT's Sun Records and Ms. Marvel.
