Disappearing Fear
A cosmic reminder: One of the simplest, most reliable ways to shrink fear is to start work right away. Fear thrives in uncertainty and inactivity. When a problem just sits there in your mind, it can grow into something bigger and scarier than it really is. The moment you start working on it in any way, however small, messy or imperfect, the problem goes from abstract to tangible.
