What it’s about: A wealthy music mogul is faced with a dilemma when his son's best friend is kidnapped and he has to pay the ransom or save his own company with the money instead.

The kid attractor factor: This is more of an adult drama, not really for kids.

Good lessons/bad lessons: The right choice is always right in front of us.

Violence: Some action and perilous situations.

Language: Swearing throughout

What it’s about: A suburban dad with a surprisingly violent job takes his family on vacation, and work follows.

The kid attractor factor: None. This is a hyper-violent action comedy.

Good lessons/bad lessons: Wherever you go, there you are.

Violence: Extreme bloody violence and action throughout.

Language: Swearing throughout.

Sex: None

Drugs: None

Parents’ advisory: Way too violent for kids, OK for teens only.
